एडवर्ब का हिंदी अर्थ क्या है? / ADVERB Meaning in Hindi

एडवर्ब का हिंदी अर्थ "क्रिया विशेषण" होता है। अर्थात ADVERB को Hindi में क्रिया विशेषण कहते हैं।

एडवर्ब की परिभाषा-

ADVERB (एडवर्ब): किसी वाक्य में ऐसे शब्द जो Noun या Pronoun को छोड़ कर शेष किसी शब्द की विशेषता प्रकट करते हों, तो उसे Adverb कहते हैं।

अथवा 

किसी Sentence (वाक्य) में वह शब्द जो किसी Verb (क्रिया), Adjective (विशेषण),  Adverb (क्रिया-विशेषण), Preposition, Conjunction या  किसी वाक्य (Sentence) की विशेषता प्रकट करे,  Adverb कहलाता है। 

Examples

Suman writes neatly 

Mrs. Sudha is a very good teacher 

They drive too fast 

My brother stopped the car exactly over the bridge 

She likes me simply because I always speak the truth

Fortunately, no one was killed in the bus accident

ऊपर दिए गए वाक्य में neatly शब्द write (Verb) की, very शब्द good (Adjective) की, too शब्द fast (Adverb) की, exactly शब्द over (Preposition) की, simply शब्द because (Conjunction) की तथा Fortunately, शब्द "no one was killed in the bus accident" (Sentence ) की विशेषता प्रकट कर रहे हैं। अतः या सभी शब्द Adverbs हैं। 

Adverb के प्रकार / Types of Adverbs in Hindi

मुख्य रूप से Adverbs निम्नलिखित तीन प्रकार के होते हैं 

A. Simple Adverbs (साधारण क्रियाविशेषण) 

B. Relative Adverbs (संबंधवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)

C. Interrogative Adverbs (प्रश्नवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)

A. Simple Adverbs 

ऐसे Adverbs जिनके द्वारा समय (Time) , स्थान (Place) , संख्या (Number), ढंग (Manner), कारण (Reason), परिणाम (Degree), स्वीकृति (Affirmation), अथवा निषेध (Negation ) का बोध हो, Simple Adverbs कहलाते हैं। जैसे : yesterday, next week, below, hardly, always, fast, everywhere.

Simple Adverbs निम्नलिखित 7 प्रकार के होते हैं। 

1. Adverbs of Manner (रीतिवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)

2. Adverbs of Time (कालवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)

3. Adverbs of Place (स्थानवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)
4. Adverbs of Frequency (आवृतिवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)
5. Adverbs of Degree (परिमाणवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)
6. Adverbs of Reason (कारणवाचक क्रियाविशेषण)
7. Adverbs of Affirmation and Negation (स्वीकारात्मक एवं नकारात्मक क्रियाविशेषण)

1. Adverbs of Manner

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने तरीके (Method) और ढंग (Manner) का बोध हो, Adverbs of Manner कहलाते हैं।  अधिकतर Adverbs of Manner का प्रयोग verbs (क्रिया) के बाद में होता है। 

जैसे :

She danced beautifully

She jumps slowly 

They work honestly 

He plays fearlessly 

He talks smartly

Note : वे सभी Adverbs जो Adjective के आखिर में ly जोड़कर बनते हैं , Adverbs of Manner होते हैं। 

Adjective - Adverbs 

Honest - Honestly 

Fast - Fastly 

Slow - Slowly 

Glad - Gladly 

2. Adverbs of Time

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने के समय (Time) का बोध हो, Adverbs of Time कहलाते हैं। अधिकतर Adverbs of Time का प्रयोग भी verbs (क्रिया) के बाद में होता है।

जैसे : 

She comes early 

Ram plays cricket daily 

My father came yesterday 

Examples (Adverbs of Time): समय को व्यक्त करने वाले कुछ मुख्य Adverbs निम्लिखित है।

Soon, Early, Late, Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday,  Now, Then, ago, After, Before आदि। 

3. Adverbs of Place 

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने के स्थान (Place) का बोध हो, Adverbs of Place कहलाते हैं। अधिकतर Adverbs of Place का प्रयोग भी verbs (क्रिया) के बाद में होता है।

जैसे : 

I searched him everywhere 

My friend lives abroad 

She could not find me there 

Examples (Adverbs of Place): स्थान को व्यक्त करने वाले कुछ मुख्य Adverbs निम्लिखित है।

In, Out, Here, There, Up, Down, Above, Bellow, Within आदि।

4. Adverbs of Frequency

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने की आवृति (Frequency) अर्थात कितनी दफा (How often)/ कितनी बार (How many Times) होने का बोध हो, Adverbs of Frequency कहलाते हैं। अधिकतर Adverbs of Place का प्रयोग भी verbs (क्रिया) के पहले होता है। चूँकि इस Adverb से किसी कार्य की Frequency / Number (संख्या) को दर्शाते हैं अतः इस Adverb को Adverbs of Number भी कहा जाता है। 

जैसे : 

My friend always lives with me 

I hardly go to my village 

She never travels alone 

We often meet in the park 

We seldom find him in a crowded area

Examples (Adverbs of Frequency): आवृति (Frequency) को व्यक्त करने वाले कुछ मुख्य Adverbs निम्लिखित है।

Always, Never, Often, Frequently, Once, Twice, Thrice,  Seldom आदि। 

5. Adverbs of Degree 

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने के परिणाम (Quantity) का बोध हो, अर्थात कोई कार्य कितनी मात्रा में हुआ है (जैसे - कितना काम / कितना अधिक आदि) Adverbs of Degree कहलाते हैं। अधिकतर Adverbs of Time का प्रयोग helping verbs (सहायक - क्रिया) के बाद में होता है। चूँकि इस Adverb से किसी कार्य की Quantity (मात्रा /परिणाम) को दर्शाते हैं अतः इस Adverb को Adverbs of Quantity भी कहा जाता है। 

जैसे : 

The crop is almost ripe 

She is quite well 

The story was very Interesting 

The boy has little knowledge 

 

Examples (Adverbs of Time): समय को व्यक्त करने वाले कुछ मुख्य Adverbs निम्लिखित है -

Almost, Quite, Little, Very, Much, More, Too आदि।

6. Adverbs of Reason

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने के कारन (Reason) का बोध हो, Adverbs of Reason कहलाते हैं। 

जैसे : 

I could not attend the class because I was ill 

I did not help the man since he was a thief 

I could not sleep at night so I fell asleep in the morning 

Examples (Adverbs of Place): स्थान को व्यक्त करने वाले कुछ मुख्य Adverbs निम्लिखित है।

Because, Since, So, Hence, Therefore, Consequently,  On account of आदि। 

7. Adverbs of Affirmation and Negation

ये 2 प्रकार के होते हैं। 

(1). Adverbs of Affirmation 

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने  से स्वीकारात्मक (Affirmation) भाव प्रकट हो, Adverbs of Affirmation कहलाते हैं। अधिकतर Adverbs of Affirmation का प्रयोग verbs (क्रिया) के बाद में होता है।

जैसे : 

She will surely pass the exam 

I will truly help you 

The boy will certainly win the game 

Examples (Adverbs of Affirmation): स्वीकारत्मकता (Affirmation) को व्यक्त करने वाले कुछ मुख्य Adverbs निम्लिखित है।

Surely, Certainly, Truly आदि।

(2). Adverbs of Negation

ऐसा adverb जिससे किसी कार्य के होने  से नकारात्मक (Negation ) भाव प्रकट हो, Adverbs of Negation कहलाते हैं। अधिकतर Adverbs of Negation का प्रयोग helping verbs (सहायक - क्रिया) के बाद में होता है।

जैसे : 

They are not coming to the school 

I never bathe in the river 

She has no brother 

Examples (Adverbs of Negation ): नकारात्मकता (Negation) को व्यक्त करने वाले कुछ मुख्य Adverbs निम्लिखित है।

B. Relative Adverbs

ऐसे Adverbs, जो वाक्यों को जोडने का कार्य करते हैं Relative Adverbs कहलाते है। जैसे: when, where, why और How आदि। 

Examples: 

My parents know where I live

This is the story how I got success

I can not tell you when she will come here 

I did not know why she has gone

C. Interrogative Adverbs

ऐसे Adverbs, जिन्हें प्रश्न पूछ्ने के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है Interrogative Adverbs कहलाते है। जैसे: what, when, where, why, how, who, whose, which, whom, how many, how much, how far, how long आदि।

Examples: 

Why was he angry?

When did she come?

Where had he gone in the morning?
